	How can I know the current workload of the IT, IS personnel? There are various options for this in the Workload module, depending on how much detail you want is the tool you would use. The path you must follow starting from the main panel is (click on each of the following buttons): 1. Workload How can Proaris help me decide which specialist to choose for a subactivity assignment and be sure it was the best election? There are many options that can help in this matter but the "Daily Workload Viewer" gives a clear perspective while deciding who can be assigned with a specific subactivity. Since it shows in order of best eligibility the list of specialists under analysis, it also shows for each specialist the current workload per day (planned and real) highlighting the days where there is no workload assigned.
